National Dispatch Times Guidance
Our aim is to dispatch goods within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment (Monday to Friday), therefore your items will be delivered on average between 5-6 working days from placing your order. If you require goods quicker than our standard delivery service please consider using our premium express delivery. Orders placed around Bank Holidays may incur slight delays. We offer the following postal services;
- Free UK Delivery Royal Mail 2nd Class - For items under 2kg in weight and over £20 in value (Mainland UK only)
- Free FedEx carrier delivery - For items over 2kg in weight and over £20 in value (Mainland UK only)
- FedEx 24h - Premium express delivery (A charge applies for this service, full details available at checkout).

Highlands and Islands

If you change your mind or if you are unhappy with the item in any way and wish to return your product then please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a returns authorisation number. All unwanted returned items need to be in an undamaged, saleable condition within its original packaging to qualify for a full refund. The cost of returning the item will be at the buyers expense unless previously agreed with APD. In all cases refunds can only be raised once we receive the unwanted goods back with the authorisation number clearly shown on the package. We shall aim to issue refunds within 3 working days of receipt. We can only accept items for refund if they have not been fitted unless the item is found to be faulty. Certain items may be sealed within a clear plastic bag inside the original packaging - if the bag has been opened we are unable to accept returns or issue a refund unless the product is found to be faulty.
Should we supply you with a different item to the one you ordered then please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement and / or collection to be made. Should the part ordered not be the correct application for your vehicle the please contact us with your registration number or chassis number and we shall do our best to help.
