A windscreen washer pump transfers fluid from the windscreen washer reservoir to the vehicles washer jets / nozzles via plastic tubes.
If your windscreen is not receiving enough water then it is likely that either your washer pump is broken or the jets or piping are clogged up. In most cases this is simple fixed by using a safety pin or needle to prod inside the nozzle and clear the blockage. Spraying the screen wash through the system a few times will usually fix the issue.
If the pump is the issue or the jets or piping are broken then APD should have the part to fix the problem.
