BERU  is one of the leading brands of Diesel cold-start technology and offers a wide range of glow plugs and electronically controlled quick starting systems (ISS) for Diesel engines.

The first BERU glow plug was developed in 1929 and has since been a market leader with numerous patented innovations: from the self controlling, reheatable glow plugs via the Instant Start System (ISS) to the latest examples, the innovative Pressure Sensor Glow Plug (PSG) and the heat-resistant Ceramic Glow Plug (CGP).

Ring RTC Tyre inflator
Bought the tyre inflator because of the unreliable service station tyre inflators. The buying process online through APD was straightforward. Ordered the tyre inflator late afternoon and received it 2 days later via the Royal mail. I have a car, campervan and motorbike. I like the wind in cable feature keeps everything neat and tidy. The inflator is easy to use on all three vehicles. Appreciated the chocolate.

helpful response to emails relating to my purchase was within the hour and they offered the best price on the parts I needed had to wait a couple of days longer than usual due to the parts that I needed was out of stock (but I was made aware of this before ordering) would happily use them again.

I ordered a cabin filter on their website which was out of stock. They contacted me by email & offered a replacement which wasn't really what I wanted so they immediately sent a refund. I found another that was suitable, they happily ordered it for me and called me when it arrived in my local store to collect.

Helpful people giving great service

The Wiper blades I ordered were competitively priced and promptly delivered. Unfortunately there was an issue with the fitment and this is where APD showed their commitment to great customer service. They were most helpful in resolving the problem to my complete satisfaction.
